We can see the following has the best real estate market: <st1:city w:st="on">Palo Alto</st1:city>, <st1:city w:st="on">Mountain View</st1:city>, <st1:city w:st="on">Cupertino</st1:city>, <st1:city w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Sunnyvale</st1:place></st1:city>.The Berryessa, <st1:city w:st="on">Milpitas</st1:city>, <st1:city w:st="on">Campbell</st1:city>, Los Altos Hill and <st1:place w:st="on">South San Jose</st1:place> is above the same still in the sellers market. The rest of cities as <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Los Gatos</st1:placename>,  <st1:placetype w:st="on">Mountain</st1:placetype></st1:place> is hardest to sell only 4% listings are pending.</p>
